Now my friends are turning these reviews into a challenge, and I love it. This taco was created by my cousin Dave, who is quite an accomplished chef. He told me to not pull any punches with my review, so I won’t.

Fish: mahi-mahi

Extras:  radish, green apple, pico de gallo, cilantro, lime juice

Review: the fish was well-cooked, and the green apple and radish sticks lent a nice crunchy aspect to the tasting experience. However, the tortillas weren’t fresh (only a day old, and toasted on the barbecue, but that day still made a difference). So I think I’ll have to deduct a point for that. I also think there could have been a higher ratio of apple-radish crunchiness to equalize the overall taco.
