Review: the poblano crema is exactly the creamy sauce that I don’t like, and it definitely made the experience more mediocre for me. The creamy sauce, paired with the pickled cabbage, was not a great combo. That being said, I was interested in the vegetarian options that they offered (which I didn’t get because I’m mainly focused on fish tacos here). Each taco was served with two tortillas, which kept it from falling apart, but which also made it feel heavier in my stomach.
