Review: I was incredibly surprised by how fish-like the tofu was. It was fried, which helped mask the non-fishy aspects, but it was flaky like fish and had more flavor than a LOT of fried fish. The slaw was fresh, and it was just vinegary enough to be interesting without getting obtrusive. I was impressed at the creativity and, more importantly, the taste.
