Review: Once again I am pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think a landlocked state like New Mexico could execute good fish tacos, but this place takes New Mexican flavors seriously. Instead of flying in frozen cod, they used local trout, seasoned with blackened seasoning, grilled, and served up on a lightly toasted tortilla. I also didn’t think that guacamole belonged on a fish taco, but in this case, it was the perfect thing to balance out the spicy seasoning. Bravo to the chef; I wanted a taste of New Mexico and I got it.
